WHAT TIME CAN I DO CHECK-IN?

MY FLIGHT ARRIVES AT THE END OF NIGHT; IS IT POSSIBLE TO CHECK-IN AT A LATE TIME?

Our staff is available at the hotel 24 hours a day. You can therefore, without any problem, check-in at a late hour. We ask, however, that you please inform us of your estimated time of arrival.

MY FLIGHT ARRIVES EARLY IN THE MORNING; IS IT POSSIBLE TO CHECK-IN EARLY?

Please note that check-in must be made at any time after 3:00 pm. However, if there are rooms available at the time of your arrival, it is possible to check-in early. You can also enjoy the hotel’s public spaces and leave your luggage in our storage room, with no extra cost.

MY FLIGHT DEPARTS AT THE END OF THE DAY; IS IT POSSIBLE TO CHECK-OUT IN AFTERNOON?

If you wish to retain your room after 12:00, please contact the hotel reception. If this is not possible, you can store your luggage and enjoy our public spaces until the time of departure.

IS THERE A WIRELESS INTERNET AT THE HOTEL?

There is free WI-FI throughout the hotel.

IS THE BREAKFAST INCLUDED IN THE ROOM?

Yes. Also included is an afternoon snack.

IS THERE A ROOM SERVICE?

Yes.

IS THERE LAUNDRY SERVICE?

Yes.

IS THERE SHUTTLE SERVICE?

We can book a shuttle.

PETS ALLOWED?

CAN I ORDER A BOUQUET OF FLOWERS IF I WANT TO SURPRISE SOMEONE?

Pool, sauna and hydromassage are included in the stay..

THE HOTEL HAS PARKING?

Yes, the hotel has free outdoor parking.

WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY?

The reservation can be changed or cancelled, free of charge, until 7 days prior to your arrival. However, should cancellation occur with less than 7 days’ notice (maximum up to 3:00 pm, local time), any amount already paid will not be refunded. Alternatively, the amount corresponding to one night will be charged on your credit card.

In case of no show, late cancellation or if the cancellation occurs during the stay, then the total amount of the stay will be charged. Any cancellation must be requested in writing (email)..

The hotel can always charge the credit card for one night in the seven days prior to the reservation date.

The conditions of reservation or cancellation may be changed in the case of group bookings or long-term reservations.
